Had a great tour and loved the group and the 3 guides. Although there was a lot of driving, we did see most of the birds we wanted and were able to photograph them. |
Excellent. |
5 Stars | Excellent guides: kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for any better!! | Excellent |
4 Stars | Interesting that Winnipeg and the surrounding area doesn’t have a high density of birds, but I was very satisfied that we found many owl species and had good sightings of grey partridge, sharp-tailed grouse, red poll, and pine grosbeak. | Great |
5 Stars | Tour was very enjoyable – great guides and comfortable transportation. I found the group a bit large (12 people) – other tours I have been on have had a max of 8 people, which I prefer. | Excellent |
5 Stars | They were all EXCELLENT!! Extremely knowledge and very kind! Worked very hard!! I was extremely pleased!! Ken, of course, is outstanding; Mitch and Josh are both incredible…all just GREAT guides and kind people!! As a newbie, Josh excelled. |

5 Stars | All three guides tried hard to find owls (and other birds) forus. They were enthusiastic, friendly, and down to earth. They took us to see an Eastern Screech-Owl a few hours before the tour actually started, as this had been a difficult owl to see on previous tours – it was much appreciated. Ken did a great job of keeping us informed about where we were going and what we were looking for. They balanced the time spent at different locations for photographers and non-photographers. | Excellent |
